Notes:
1. Riders with same number of points not yet listed with =positions.
2. These lists are a trial ready for next year using this year's data but there is a slight difference in how the age categories are defined next year so may not put you in the corrct category if you are very close to an age boundary.
3. I need to add club in the team column.
